The Global Liver Institute Advanced Advocacy Academy (A3) connects liver patients and family members with the information, skills, and opportunities they need to effectively advocate for liver health.
This program has been training advocates since 2017 and will complete its sixth year in September 2022.
Together, we can collaborate as a force that ensures that liver disease has its proper place on the global public health agenda.
Advanced Advocacy Academy Class of 2019
A3 2022 will take place on September 17-19
This year’s program will offer liver patients, caregivers, and professionals the opportunity to learn from experts in the fields of drug development, clinical trials, state and federal legislation, media and communications, and liver health and disease. Students will be immersed in the world of liver health advocacy through a multimedia experience that they can customize to fit their personal learning style and schedule. Live discussions with faculty members will enhance individual learning, foster engagement, and will promote important conversations among the A3 Class of 2022.
