Senior Vice President and Chief Global Growth Officer, Kellogg Company
Monica McGurk has been Kellogg Chief Growth Officer since January 2019. She is a member of Kellogg Company’s executive committee. Previously, she served as Chief Revenue and eCommerce Officer.
Prior to Kellogg, Ms. McGurk served as Chief Growth Officer at Tyson Foods, overseeing Strategy, Insights & Innovation, R&D, Marketing Services, eCommerce and Tyson New Ventures to define Tyson’s agenda for sustainable growth at scale. She served in a number of roles at Tyson including President, FoodService, and Senior Vice President, Strategy and New Ventures.
Prior to Tyson, Ms. McGurk was Senior Vice President, Strategy, Decision Support and eCommerce for Coca-Cola North America. She also was the founding CEO of the “big data”-driven startup, The Alumni Factor, empowering students and parents with the first customizable college ranking system based on actual life outcomes of college alumni.
Ms. McGurk is on the Board of Directors of the Mid-America Apartment Communities (MAA) and the Women’s Board of the Joffrey Ballet. Ms. McGurk recently served on the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Advanced Analytics & Computing for the State of Arkansas.
Ms. McGurk holds Master of Business Administration and Education degrees from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Harvard University.
